Pool Closings

Bel Air offers a great priced closing to fit your needs.

Closings include:

    • Blow out of lines, plug lines and skimmers
    • Winterize main drain where applicable (required 1 gallon antifreeze purchase)
    • Winterize step spa jets where applicable (required 1 gallon antifreeze purchase)
    • Application of shock for pool size
    • Removal of ladders and hand rail
    • Removal of diving board and base (provided there is no frozen or rusted hardware)
    • Install cover

        $275

*Pool must be drained prior to arrival or drainage charge will apply
**All plugs must be present and in good shape.  Any missing or damaged plugs will be replaced.
